Hundreds of submissions in. Only the good ones on your desk.
GIMI checks every submission for format and for content, filters low-effort work, and leaves the final call to you.
An open brief can bring in hundreds of submissions in a day. That is the point, and it is also the problem. Somebody has to watch them. Without a filter, your team spends its week rejecting screen recordings, reposts and videos that never mention the product.
GIMI moderates every submission before it reaches you. The system checks two things: whether the file or post meets the format you asked for, and whether what is in it matches the brief. It then ranks what is left, so the strongest work is at the top of your queue.
How it works
Format scan
Length, orientation, resolution, platform, a working public link, the required tags or disclosure.
Content scan
Does it show the product, follow the brief, stay inside your rules and avoid what you ruled out.
Quality filter
Low-effort, duplicated, recycled or template content is filtered out.
Your approval
You see a ranked queue. You approve, reject or ask for changes. Only approved work is paid.
Format and content, checked separately
Format checks are objective. A brief that asks for a vertical video of 15 to 30 seconds posted publicly on TikTok either got one or it did not. These checks remove a large share of unusable submissions before anyone looks at them.
Content checks are about the brief. The system looks at what is shown and said: is the product there, is the claim allowed, is the hook one you asked for, is there anything in it that would embarrass the brand. Submissions that miss the brief are filtered, with the reason attached so the creator can fix it.
Trained on what brands actually approve
GIMI has moderated a very large number of submissions across campaigns for AI companies and consumer brands. Every approval and every rejection is a signal about what brands accept. The moderation layer uses that history to recognise slop: mass-produced clips, recycled submissions sent to several campaigns, AI output with no edit and no idea, and content made to collect a reward and nothing else.
Humans approve. Always.
AI narrows the queue. It does not make the final decision. Your team approves every asset before it is paid. That is deliberate: AI is good at removing the obvious, and people are still better at judging whether something is good.
What you get
FAQs
Does AI approve content on my behalf?
No. AI filters and ranks. Your team approves every asset before it is paid.
Can creators see why they were rejected?
Yes. Filtered submissions carry a reason, so creators can correct and learn.
Does it work for AI-generated content?
Yes. Many creators use AI tools. The filter looks at effort and fit with the brief, not at which tool was used.
Can I set my own rules?
Yes. Must-haves and no-gos in your brief are what the content scan checks against.
Is moderation included on the Free plan?
AI filtering runs on every campaign. Content review tools for your team are part of the paid plans.
